Gym Is My Friend

I’m about to meet my new friend, Gym, face to face.  I promised my wife, Leslie Brooke, that I would accompany her to 341 Fitness once she officially started her new job at Target.  Well, friends, she’s on her second day there, so it looks like time to work this fat body.

Do you recommend any particular weight lifting plan?
